It depends on volume. The free WhatsApp Business app already does greetings, quick replies and labels and is the right start for lower volume. The official WhatsApp Business Platform (the API) is the step up for higher volume and real automated flows — it is paid and set up through an approved provider. Telegram bots are flexible and quick to stand up. We pick the fit for your stage, not the fanciest option.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. The bot can show your real availability, let someone book a slot, and send reminders — connected to your calendar so it stays the single source of truth and you avoid double bookings.

What languages does it support?

Arabic and English, handled naturally in both directions. The bot replies in the language the customer used, with Arabic written as real marketing language rather than a literal translation.

Does it replace my staff?
