I started in IT and networking — earning certifications in Microsoft Networking and Fiber Optics, then completing a 3-year diploma in Computer Systems & Networks Maintenance. After that, I spent two years at Concentrix supporting international clients through CRM systems, ticketing tools, and operations workflows.
That's where I noticed the same problems repeating everywhere: manual data entry that should be automated, scattered spreadsheets that should be a dashboard, customer queries that a bot could handle, and reports being assembled by hand that a system could generate in seconds.
So I started building what businesses actually need. I moved into Python development — building Telegram bots, automation workflows, scraping pipelines, and document processing systems. Eventually I designed and shipped a full multi-tenant invoice processing SaaS, end-to-end — backend, frontend, bot interface, cloud deployment, and 5,000+ automated tests.
Today, I work with founders and businesses that need real software, not just websites. I deliver clear scope before kickoff, ship production-ready systems with documentation, and stay available for post-launch support.
